Welcome to HSLCab! By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. Service Use

HSLCab provides airport transfers, shared rides, and wheelchair-accessible rides. All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone line, or authorized agents. Service availability may vary based on location, traffic, and weather conditions.

  1. Booking and Payments
  • Bookings are confirmed only after payment or a deposit is received.
  • Prices are displayed at the time of booking and may vary depending on distance, vehicle type, or demand.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other approved channels.
  1. Cancellations and Refunds
  • Cancellations made 24 hours before pickup will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may be charged up to 100 percent of the booking cost.
  • No-shows will be charged the full fare.
  1. Passenger Responsibilities
  • Passengers must be ready at the agreed-upon pickup time and location.
  • Seat belts must be worn at all times.
  • Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. HSLCab is not liable for lost or stolen items.
  • Any damage to the vehicle caused by a passenger may result in repair charges.
  1. Service Limitations
  • HSLCab is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • We cannot guarantee arrival times, but we will always make reasonable efforts to be punctual.
  • Our drivers reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who behaves in a disorderly, unsafe, or abusive manner.
  1. Accessibility

We are committed to providing wheelchair-accessible rides. Passengers requiring accessible vehicles should notify us at the time of booking to ensure availability.

  1. Liability

HSLCab’s liability is limited to the value of the booked ride. We are not responsible for missed flights, connections, or indirect losses caused by delays.

  1. Privacy Policy

All passenger information is kept secure and used only for booking and service purposes. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except as required by law.

  1. Changes to Terms

HSLCab reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
